In this fulfilling role, you'll provide essential support and companionship to our Customers, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. What sets us apart in the care sector is our commitment to ensuring that all visits are a minimum of one hour. This approach allows you to build meaningful relationships without the pressure of rushing through visits.
Your Purpose: As a Community Carer, your compassion will shine as you assist our Customers with their daily care needs, ensuring they feel respected and valued. Don’t worry if you lack experience; our comprehensive training will equip you with all the skills you need.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a source of emotional support and understanding for our Customers.
Assist with personal care needs while prioritising dignity and respect.
Help those with mobility challenges move comfortably and safely.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care to Customers in need.
Engage in activities that promote mental and physical wellness.
Manage domestic tasks to create a clean and comfortable environment.
Encourage independence and support Customers in making their own choices.
Collaborate with families and advocates to meet individual needs.
Guaranteed Hours: We offer all of our workers guaranteed hours contracts, ranging from 16 to 37.5 hours per week based on your preferences. This flexibility ensures you can balance your work and personal life effectively.

Requirements:
A full driving licence and access to your own car is preferred.
