Amy joined us at the very beginning of our journey as a Care Assistant, becoming one of the founding members of our growing home care team in Wales. From Care Assistant to Assistant Manager

Through her dedication, professionalism and genuine passion for caring for others, Amy has progressed from her initial role as a Care Assistant to become our Assistant Manager.

Her commitment to excellence, willingness to support others, and ability to lead by example have made a significant impact on our organisation. Throughout her time with us, Amy has demonstrated exceptional personal and professional growth, helping to shape our company culture and strengthen the services we provide to people across our local communities.

As our business has grown, Amy has grown alongside it, becoming an indispensable member of the Silver Assist Home Care family.

A Well-Deserved Recognition

As the first member of our team to reach this important milestone, Amy will also become the first recipient of our new Legacy Day.

Legacy Day is an additional day of paid leave awarded annually to team members who demonstrate long-term commitment and loyalty to our organisation. This initiative reflects our belief in recognising and rewarding the dedicated individuals who help make Silver Assist Home Care such a trusted provider of home care services in Wales.
